Hiring for a Business Head- Franchise Development position with a leading FMCG firm. Position reports to VP Sales and is based in Mumbai. Will handle West & South India. Candidates having 10- 20 years experience in FMCG Sales & Franchisee development need apply.
- Ensuring appointment, setting up & start of franchisees as per the business plan.
- Managing the working of franchisee managers, getting the work done through them.
- Achievement of top line & bottom line numbers.
- Ensuring maintenance of systems & documentations.
- Coordinating with various internal departments e.g.- marketing, technical, legal, commercials for providing the required support to the franchisees.
- Ensuring product quality as per company norms.
- Keeping track of competitors data & work towards achieving the desired market share.
- Analyzing the plant capacities of the franchisees & ensuring timely up-gradation of the plants.
- Updating the management on the working of franchisees on a periodical basis.
- Ensuring franchisee sales organization as per the business plan.
