Requirement :

- Should have a techno commercial background with an entrepreneurial mind set suitable for building a business

- Should have experience in managing food processing operations in a techno commercial role at a senior level, preferably from the biscuits, confectionery or cocoa processing industry covering manufacturing and related functions, budgetary control, Statutory compliances, labour management, External Environment management

- Experience as a Profit Centre Head is desirable

- Experience of managing a team of cross functional managers
