Business Head - Food & Beverages

An established and leading foods company has incubated a new age F&B business which has also received external funding. They are looking for a young and dynamic Business Head/CEO to work closely with the board to build and grow the business. This is a unique opportunity for a young, energetic go-getter to build a business from scratch.

Responsibilities:

- Design and develop the overall strategy and mission for the business in close partnership with the founder and Board. This will include both short-term and long-term objectives and plans.

- Own and lead the entire business and grow it from 0-1. This will include managing operations, sales, marketing, finance, HR functions etc.

- The individual would be integral to the marketing and sales operations, including strategic functions, cost control functions integral to delivery of the strategy and business plan.

- Own and monitor the P&L (top line and bottom line), lead GTM strategies, market entry strategies, customer acquisition strategies and other long-term growth initiatives to meet the company's targets.

- The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to build and grow the team as required

Qualifications:

- 8+ years of experience with a combination of FMCG and startup experience

- Prior experience in scaling a business / 0-1 role is required

- Prior experience as an entrepreneur / founder /part of a founder's team will be a major plus

- Ability to thrive in an early-stage environment, with the ability to create processes and structures

- Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills is required
