- Own D2C Sale Performance & Profitability (P&L)
- Drive/Execute D2C growth campaigns, focused on key metrics related to growth, sales, P&L management, LTV & more
- Take ownership right from ideation to implementation of growth initiatives
- Deploy a data-first approach; execute, measure, refine, improve
- Segment customer base on various transactional/behavioural features to design effective micro level campaigns
- Monitor customer funnel & identify new levers of growth and apply them to the business
- Design cross sales levers for existing customer base
- Drive cross function initiatives key to D2C growth - e.g. getting website design/ content tweaked for conversions, improving website traffic through SEO & paid promotions, going beyond price discounts etc.
- Suggest & drive implementation of new features/product innovations whenever necessary basis understanding of consumer behaviour
- In addition to products, own and grow sales for existing & upcoming service offerings by the company
- Drive execution of new features, experiences, offerings to structurally and sustainably grow the D2C business
- Help implementation of best practices across other paid marketing channels - e.g. 3rd party E-Com portals
- Spearhead internal change management to create a customer centric organisation
- Build and lead a strong D2C growth function over time
