- FMCG division is established and one has to expand/increase the scale of the business. - Manage a team acquiring small retailers (FMCG) at an aggressive pace. - Engage small retailers - what will lead to retailers driving business for company brand partners, what rewards would work, which brands to promote etc. - Build a predictable business with monetisation from large brand partners. - Expand the business pan India. - Experience with FMCG is a must - understands the retailer (Kirana/ general trade store). - Operational excellence and ability to build and manage large teams. - He/she has to be sharp, motivated and driven by new challenges. - Good understanding of numbers. - MBA from Premium Institute. - Minimum experience should be 7 years.
