- Developing business strategy, understanding business opportunities and creating a viable business model /strategy to service the opportunities.

- Should have strong Sales & Distribution experience.

- Responsible for generate a long term vision for the organization to help it to grow many folds in the coming years.

- Developing a sustainable business model in the category for ongoing business

- Identifying growth areas and new business scope within the existing category

- Setting goals, defining KPIs and ensuring effective tracking mechanism for maintaining a high performance culture through effective performance management
