- Incumbent will come with 15-20 years of work experience operating at a No. 2/No. 3 Role in the sales/business hierarchy
- Must have worked through a stable career with strong stint in Sales and Distribution of FMCG products with wide presence in both urban and rural markets.
- Should have a pan India distribution exposure preferably in the FMCG space and ability to handle large teams efficiently and effectively.
- Capability to drive sales force
- Exposure to Consumer / Food / B2C Industry and worked at a leadership cadre
- Strong business orientation; experience of managing P&L and building scale in a distributed set-up (Food industry or a similar decentralised model) with multi geography experience
- Should have demonstrated ability in scaling up the growth of a company exponentially
- Should be able to take decisions with a firm but convincing approach
- Ability to build a strong functional team
- Extremely strong with nos./data and ability to drive the organisation effectively
