- Ideal candidate is an MBA with 12-15 years experience in combination of channel sales, business development, and sales development.

- To build the sales and marketing team including team structure, roles and responsibilities, hiring, training, compensation, structure etc

- To achieve brands wise targeted market share for focus brands

- Ensures implementation of the strategy designed to grow the business.

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders

- Strategic thinking & good execution skills.

- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
