Role
Reporting to the National Sales Manager,you will be responsible for:
- Managing the Topline and Bottomline across the region, by driving business from existing distributors.
- Expanding the dealer/distributor network in the region by exploring untapped markets
- Tracking current shopper and market trends, thereby devising specific Go To Market strategies Leading a team of Area Managers and Sales Managers and being responsible for numbers
The Successful Applicant
You will be a postgraduate with around 10-13 years of post qualification experience in sales and distribution functions within the FMCG Industry and experience in the food and bevearges industry would be preferred.
The client is looking for someone with a strategic bent of mind, excellent communication skills, and the experience of managing teams.
Experience in West Part of India
