Business Head - FinTech - IIM/ISB/FMS/MDI

Duties and Responsibilities :

- Lead and execute plan for the business focusing on drive penetration.

- Be responsible for traffic generation to the website by implement new, creative and market leading approaches Responsible for P&L.

- To manage and develop key relationships with internal stakeholders (across company's existing systems, external vendors and industry experts)

- To keep a tab on competition and ideate on new products that could be introduced to maximize revenues and customer experience.

Stakeholder Management:

- Set up rhythm for meeting with owners to solve for complex owner issues and resolve any escalations

- Leverage relations with owners to drive proactive resolution of issues

- Drive owner engagement to maintain customer experience in properties

- Work and coordinate with central teams to drive various initiatives across the portfolio

Operations Efficiency:

- Drive cost consciousness to improve Operations efficiency
