Position: Business Head

As the Business Head, you will be responsible for the overall management and growth of the platform. Your primary focus will be on profit and loss management, revenue generation, team management, and fostering strong partnerships with banks offering competitive interest rates. You will also be responsible for ensuring the seamless integration of banking partners into our platform, enhancing the investment experience for our users, and proactively monitoring rate movements and liability profiles.

Responsibilities :

Profit & Loss Management:

- Develop and execute strategies to achieve financial targets and maximize profitability.

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary actions.

Business Management:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the digital lending platform, ensuring efficient processes and workflows.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, tech, legal) to drive continuous improvements and innovation.

- Identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for expansion, and provide strategic guidance accordingly.

Revenue Generation:

- Drive revenue growth by developing and implementing effective business development strategies.

- Partner with banks offering competitive interest rates to onboard them onto our platform.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and revenue streams.

Team Management:

- Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.

- Set clear goals and objectives, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback.

- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.

Leadership Skills:

- Demonstrate strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate the team towards achieving organizational goals.

- Lead by example, promoting a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning.

Partner Management:

- Manage relationships with existing banking partners, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.

- Identify and onboard new banking partners, expanding the range of offerings on our platform.

- Monitor rate movements and liability profiles of partners, proactively anticipating and managing any rate changes.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- Proven experience in profit and loss management, business development, and revenue generation.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.

- Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to engage with external parties and internal stakeholders effectively.

- Sound knowledge of the financial industry, including digital lending, interest rates, and investment products.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
