Business Head - Exports (Stationary Manufacturer) - Kolkata
The role being offered is Business Head - Export. Your role will start with ensuring the sales & services resonate with the current and potential customers both in terms of volume and coverage in respective country/continent while critically observing the brand movement, their performance in all topographies, competitor analysis & business development strategies which will overall help us in gaining higher global market share.

Roles and responsibilities :
- Develop and provide strategic support to all the brands to ensure that the product & services ensure utmost volume, and quality.
- Facilitate Creation of Sales targets by the region & skill. Continue to Evaluate Sales Infrastructure and representation across the respective topography.
- Driving sales and business development in existing countries by ensuring all sales channels are covered in all markets.
- Opening new geographies/countries across the globe by appointing new importers who comply with company norms/T&C.
- Ensuring profitability of all markets by maintaining ideal prices of products and providing necessary A&P support.
- Achieve Targeted Volume & Value for the Financial Year for Respective Zones & Respective Geographies while keeping an eye on financial target achievement.
- Facilitate Resolving of Queries & Regular Interactions with Channel Partner. Explain company products & policies to the distributors & Buyer.
- Work towards the optimum stock availability at Buyer & Buyers based on time in transit, month end reserves & cyclic fulfillment of stocks.
- Inventory management - Order planning and forecasting to ensure optimum inventory level
- Optimum Cost Assessment for all activities & judicious way of utilizing scheme in different areas. Look at Cost Objectively & drive cost optimization across all areas
- Recruiting, training, Developing & Building up the country wise team of buyer onboarding & ordering.
- Develop Relations with Stakeholders and endeavor to delight the Buyer & Business partner through resolution of issues as well as timely settlement of dues and concerns. Drive Emotional Connection program for better cooperation & coordination
- Research and analyze market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies.
To research and analyze the customer's requirements and present best solutions.
- Keep abreast with Companies latest offerings and best practices.

Expected Skills
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing & sales
- Ideal Candidate should have a minimum of 10-15 years of work experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, Excel, PowerPoint is a must.
- Commercial awareness and knowledge about the industry
- Strong written, verbal, analytical and presentation skills. Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company. Position requires proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Interest in digitization, trends in Information research and management
- The candidate should be achievement oriented and organized self-starter and who thrives to work in a fast-paced start-up/ entrepreneurial environment.
