Our client is one of the growing pharmaceutical companies, having a presence in more than 50 countries.

The incumbent will be responsible to lead the global marketing strategy, market research, brand awareness initiatives, and supporting the commercial success of our biosimilar products.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive global marketing strategy for the biosimilar segment, in alignment with overall business objectives.

- Identify target markets, customer segments, and devise effective positioning strategies for our biosimilar products.

- Conduct extensive market research to gain valuable insights into customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape in the biosimilar segment.

- Analyze customer data and market intelligence to formulate data-driven marketing strategies and tactics.

- Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging trends to guide marketing decisions.

- Take charge of planning and executing global product launches, including the development of robust marketing plans and compelling promotional materials.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product commercialization.

Identify opportunities for portfolio extensions and manage the life cycle of biosimilar products.

- Build and lead a high-performing business development team dedicated to the biosimilar segment.

Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to team members, fostering a culture of professional growth and collaboration.

- Maintain a results-oriented approach to drive cross-functional synergy.

- Foster effective coordination with the manufacturing department for streamlined operations.

- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

Regularly analyze and report on marketing activities, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Monitor and manage the marketing budget to ensure resource optimization.

Candidate preference:

- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, life science, Business Administration (Master's degree preferred).A minimum of Five to Ten years of experience in international marketing roles within the biopharmaceutical or biosimilar industries.

- In-depth knowledge of the biosimilar landscape, including regulatory requirements, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.

- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable marketing plans.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Strong project management and leadership abilities, capable of driving cross-functional collaboration.
