Key Deliverables:

Revenue Generation:

- Responsible for planning and ensuring execution of business PAN India

- Responsible for designing and implementing sales and marketing strategies with focus on maximizing performance, driving growth & generating revenue.

- Maintaining the desired level of cash flow for the division

- Responsible for overseeing business operations with focus on top line and bottom line performance.

- Ensuring enhanced productivity of the division pan India

Budget and Cost Control:

- Responsible for budgeting, marketing & PR activities

- Responsible to ensure that all activities are conducted within the budgeted costs

People Development:

- Responsible for goal setting exercise with the team

- Responsible for conducting reviews with the team to ensure that the plans are being executed

- Identify skills and gaps within the division and ensure the conduct of training programs to bridge the gaps

- Responsible for developing leadership pipeline within the division

Process controls:

- Ensuring uniform process controls between the franchisee for better management and communication

- Ensuring uniform process controls with the team and within all supporting teams, for better management, control and providing value services to the franchisee

- Regular reviewing of these process to update, enhance and plan, create and implement systems and policies to help, manage and sustain a smooth transparent, progressive relationship between the franchisee

Client Management:

- Ensuring a consistent quality experience at all institutions

- Ensuring desired customer retention
