Business Head - EdTech

Our client is a fast growing edtech startup backed by leading edtech unicorns. They provide a one-stop shop in helping students gain admission in universities across the world. They are looking for a Business Head who has experience in the B2C segment to scale up a specific business vertical.

Reporting to : Founder/Co-founder

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Work closely with the founders to build and scale further business verticals

- Support various growth and strategic initiatives - from identifying gaps, developing appropriate strategic initiatives and implementing/executing the same

- Understand the company's strategic priorities, challenges, and develop a roadmap for growth

- Cultivate relationships, manage projects, leveraging existing partnerships

Qualifications

- 4-6 years of experience in a strategic role with a consumer tech start up of scale (some experience with a management consulting firm is a plus, not mandatory)

- Prior edtech experience is a plus, not mandatory

- Excellent problem solving skills

- Bias for action and execution

- Excellent communication and people skills
