Our client is one of the leading pharmacy chains . It stocks and sells wide range of Pharmaceutical and Lifestyle products across offline and online stores.

Role: Business Head E-commerce

Job profile :

- Shall be completely responsible for establishing and growing the online-business model and run it like an independent business unit. Shall be the Profit-center head.

- Formulate & execute company's E-pharmacy strategy

- Working closely with the other stake-holders within the organisation and integrate the online and offline business in order to achieve synergies. Demonstrated ability to develop or enhance web-based services that meet consumer needs or solve business problems.

- Evaluate and identify appropriate technology/distribution platforms for delivering the company's services

- Ability to communicate effectively on the E-Pharmacy strategy to investors, management, staff, partners, customers, and stakeholders.

- Lay down a whole systems framework and processes for all stores and online processes.

- Shall be responsible for technology innovation and how it can we leveraged for further improving the business needs

- Strong stakeholder management. Both internal as well as external. Manage vendor relationships.

- Over viewing the complete daily operations of the online-business and laying down systems and process, distribution model, marketing

- Drive the Online Pharmacy distribution model with a strong focus on profitability & sustainability

Candidate Profile :

High on Integrity

- A self-starter who needs minimal supervisory control, Entrepreneurial mind-set with a high degree of passion and drive

- Should be open to change and align culturally to the values of the organisation

- Must possess an eye for detail; have the ability to roll-up his/her sleeves

- Strong with People Management. Ability to build, motivate and manage a team effectively

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and high degree of multi-tasking

- Should be a customer focused and goal driven. Along with that s/he should be able to integrate with system and process oriented

- Extremely strong with nos./data and ability to drive the organisation effectively

- Exposure to Retail/B2C/ E-Commerce Industry/ tech Start-up and worked at a leadership cadre

- Extremely strong with numbers/data and ability to drive the organisation effectively
