Business Head - eCommerce

Company Profile: We have vacancy for Business Head - eCommerce based in Mumbai for our clients who are a professionally managed mid-sized e-commerce site (part of a large group). The position directly reports to the CEO. Our clients offer excellent salary + perks.

Job Profile: The incumbent will head the eCommerce operations and be responsible for achieving the topline & bottom-line targets. Will lead a team of sales, operations and other personnel.

Responsibilities cover:

- Conceptualize, develop, and implement an e-commerce platform for the service business

- Responsible for contributing to visioning and positioning of advanced analytics practice and business

- Develop a three-year strategic roadmap for the growth of the e-commerce business..

- Lead the coordination of all eCommerce development activities, including the integration and implementation of appropriate software in cooperation with a third party solution provider.

- Develop standards, and processes for the supply chain and logistics.

- Setting up the entire team for the project

- Having in depth knowledge of setting and managing payment, packaging and delivery channels

- Formulate terms and conditions and layout of website

- Digitalizing the entire process at every step

- Setting call centre and customer complaint cell

- Responsible for generating high profit on regular basis

- Establish internal and external support structures for suppliers.

- Optimize internal procurement pring and maintaining inventory

- Identify the seasonal trends specific to areocesses, sourca and decide on stocking level

- Decide & negotiate Product return policy

- Monitor competition and expand market and diversify product categories

Candidate Profile: Graduates / MBAs with 7 -15 years experience. Must have at least 2 years experience in independently running an eCommerce site on a profitable basis
