Business Head/Director - Jobs/Assessment Startup

Geeekin is a startup Product in the Learning/Assessment Space, with its flagship Assessment Product already functional and used by Top Product & Services Software companies. Having already served numerous reputed MNCs(like Nokia, Cadence, Sasken, Mobikwik & numerous other) for their Campus/Lateral Hiring of Technology professionals, we now plan to take our product and team to the next level with new Offerings. Our clients are exclusively only top technology companies with focus on Software Development for both their India and US Operations. We have a wide client base serving clients across many countries.

Who we're looking for:

- geek with an inclination towards Product Management, Sales, Marketing,

OR

- MBA from colleges of top repute, preferably with Sales/Marketing/Entrepreneurship specialization(demonstrated geeekiness earlier in the career an advantage).

OR

- Someone with Prior experience in Sales / Business Development, Product Management of Learning/ Assessment / Recruitment Related Processes/Product.

- Candidates with Experience in Overseas Sales will have an Advantage.

- Undergraduate Degree in Engineering with Comp Science, IT, EC etc. specialization highly desirable.

- Past experience in Software company highly desirable. Alternatively, some experience in Talent Acquisition/Jobs/Learning/Assessments space.

- Applicants with continued passion for Technology can also tailor their role more towards Technology Oriented role, or vice-versa.

Per applicant preference, Remuneration can be a mix of Fixed/Variable/Equity; similarly, the position can vary depending on the applicant expertise/interest.
