- Build, plan and implement the overall business strategy

- Generate new business

- Handling and retaining existing clients

- Leading & Managing the Indian operations for company's Indian and International clients & solving their challenges

- Spear-heading Brand strategy, planning & client relationship for brands working with the company

- Consulting brands on top level marketing, communication strategies and business strategies leading to making a business level impact.

- Manage and train the rest of the team

- Get sync with our culture and help us advance our culture initiatives

- Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices and lead from the front

Requirements :

- 5 plus years of experience in leadership role

- 8 plus years of experience in developing and implementing digital & marketing strategies

- In depth knowledge of different digital marketing channels

- Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices

- 8 plus years of hands-on experience with Social Media, SEO, SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software

- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success

- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

- Team player 

- Good time-management skills

- Great interpersonal and communication skills
