- The Head for the Digital & Online business will play a crucial role in growing the online footprint and have online revenue management responsibility for the firm.
- Set-up, lead and manage P&L for the new Digital vertical.
- Formulate and strategize a road map of product offering and integration on digital platform.
- Develop online sales plan and monitor the growth with period sales review.
- Responsible for new client acquisition, cross selling amongst the current clientele database, and retention of existing clients.
- Formulate marketing strategy for Digital Vertical from brand launch to product marketing. Manage marketing budget and ensure ROI optimization.
- Lead product planning and strategy for E-Commerce/ digital platform exclusive launches and successfully achieved set targets for the same.
- Compile customer insights, market research and trends to identify business opportunities and threats.
- Complete ownership for Top line and Bottom line, managed Pricing, promotions and marketing for all exclusive launches.
- Build and monitor the team performance, guiding and mentoring to get the best out of them.
- Own Strategy, Planning & Execution of Digital Marketing Calendar for Annual, Seasonal & Monthly time-lines
- Develop a Leading Brand Imagery across multiple online portals around the company that is in line with the organization vision
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM/SMM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaign
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Drive Thought Leadership for Consumer Acquisition & Retention
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Out of the Box Thinking to create new ways of interacting with customers and enhancing the CX
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
Relevant Experience:
- 8 -12 years of working experience in digital marketing
- MBA from Tier 1/Tier 2 college preferred.
- Preferred experience of working with a Health Tech/ Diagnostic or Hospital setup
- Proven experience of setting up a e-commerce/ digital business.
- Strong stakeholder management skill to manage leadership and investors.
- Ability to attract and hire new talent for the firm. Good team management skills.
- Strong experience of client acquisition & retention.
- Must be self- starter, strategic thinker, and high level of attention to details.
