Looking for a Business Head who would lead the Digital Lounge (Relationship Sales Model) for a leading Finance Company. He would lead a team of RM's located centrally in Pune to work on leads of HNI customers generated by digital sources and sell them a range of financial services/products like loans, insurance, FD's etc.
Detailed JD is as below,
Responsible for conceptualizing and implementing strategic plan to steer top line and Profit & Loss of the Digital Lounge Platform.
- Conceive and execute key projects for channel and work across functions to ensure delivery of business objectives
- Understand competitive landscape and market dynamics and create new / optimize existing product offerings
- Conduct regular and detailed business reviews with team, to ensure business strategies are executed as per plan.
- Scan the external environment continuously and re-adjust the risk management model on a proactive basis while building a robust portfolio
- Build an exceptional team of professionals recognized by Financial Services industry.
- Collaborate closely with other product groups & functions to create and enhance value proposition for customers, to increase product & revenue per customer.
- Manage external partners & Tele-RMs to ensure right service & productivity levels, while managing the overall cost of acquisition.
- Responsible to continuously enrich the customer offers by Providing - Right Line / Product to the Right Customer
- Ability to drive and influence key stakeholders to maximize the results & key deliverables
- Build multiproduct capabilities to manage customer relationships and provide a One Stop Shop / end to end solutions for customer's financial needs.
- Build and execute the engagement strategy to deepen the relationship with the customers.
