Business Head - Digital Client Servicing - Marketing Services

We are urgently looking for Business Head - Basically Digital Client Servicing

Key responsibilities will include:

- Setting a standard of excellence for the team, and training juniors accordingly - in the basics of client servicing, including writing outstanding, insightful briefs, handling difficult clients, time management, SOP etc.

- Driving strategic excellence - identifying powerful insights and working closely with the Creative teams to deliver strong creative solutions which leap from rigorous strategic thought and which are constantly updated and proactive, rather than reactive

- Focusing on handling and building client relationships, ensuring these are positive and that revenue from each client is maximised.

- Working on pitches.

- Responsibility for meeting aggressive revenue targets and overall cost management to improve bottom line
