Position Description:&nbsp; - Lead, shape and grow the digital media unit.&nbsp; - Drive tangible business results- build revenue and profitability through a consumer-centric approach to using digital technology and digital marketing.&nbsp; - Create, define and execute a transformational digital roadmap aligned to the corporate strategy to maximize operational efficiencies, market awareness and customer engagement.&nbsp; - Lead innovation using digital technology across the business and solidify the functional digital strategy to drive change across clients and at the agency.&nbsp; - Leverage digital platforms to provide solutions for client brands.&nbsp; - Measure return on investment and engagement for digital marketing activities including establishing procedures to track and monitor digital marketing effectiveness and measure actual performance against planned performance.&nbsp; - Work with existing and emerging digital solutions and technology to tackle key organization problems related to business processes, service delivery, customer onboarding, and their integration.&nbsp; - Identify opportunities for cross/up - sell across their set of clients and help business teams in converting them.&nbsp; - Advise account teams on research, strategy, creation, execution and measurement of content across Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Blogs and other relevant social channels.&nbsp; - Grow business prospects with existing clients; expand digital scope of work fused with PR programs.&nbsp; - Establish strong and successful partnerships by advocating and educating technology vendors, publishers &amp; data providers and internal stakeholders.&nbsp; - Develop and build services and solutions based on market requirements.&nbsp; - Drive thought-leadership by developing industry analysis and POVs, market landscapes for product roadmap planning and education purposes. Development of talent on a continuous basis. Hiring Profile:&nbsp; - PGDM with 13-17 years.&nbsp; - Strong digital media experience, including at least 5 in reputed MNC digital media agencies (mandatory).&nbsp; - With deep and proven expertise in running online marketing and media campaigns, specializing in Pay Per Click (PPC), Product Marketing, Display Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, Social Media Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Programmatic &amp; Mobile.&nbsp; - Ability to build and scale up rapidly.&nbsp; - Expertise in digital marketing- including and not limited to branding, social media, SEM and other facets of digital media.&nbsp; - Capabilities in the design and implementation of a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for large brands that drives client deliverables through customer awareness, increasing engagement, and delivering a best-in-class experience.&nbsp; - Ability to lead projects independently from start to finish, working with internal and external teams to make decisions and maintain forward momentum.&nbsp; - In-depth understanding of digital advertising landscape from either media planning or sales planner perspective.&nbsp; - High competency level in analysis &amp; insight generation; demonstrated advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.&nbsp; - Entrepreneurial and tenacious.&nbsp; - Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
