- Looking exceptional leaders from Diagnositcs/Pharma / eHealthcare companies
- Business Head is responsible for building the Diagnostics business from scratch with P & L responsibility
- Expanding territorial presence of the company by exploring new geographies and Signing up with various other service providers
- Associating and developing key relationships with healthcare providers including Doctor, Hospitals, Diagnostic Centers and Pharma retail chains
- Strategic planning to conquer un-explored market segments
- Work closely with Marketing team for event promotions in the territory through varied mediums
- Evaluating the need to promote company in a particular territory
- Finalizing suitable Partner in the territory to act as Host for Venue arrangements, government permissions etc
- Participating in Healthcare and Medical related Events, CME's and Health Talk's.
Administrative and Operational
- Enrolling/Recruiting suitable teams
- Inducting the team with company portfolio, channel partners and with their KRA's
- Maintaining company records and MIS
- CRM - Customer Relationship Management; Manage SCM and other operational charges
- Running digital marketing programs aimed at specific geographies and specific specialties to ensure conversions
- Giving constant feedbacks regarding patient issues and concerns & Coordinating with the treating doctors to get timely responses to the medical updates for admitted Patients
