This position is with one of the largest Pathology and Diagnostic Lab chain of India based out of Meerut
1. CLUSTER BUSINESS HEAD - 2 positions
- Responsible for the revenue generation ( sales ) and to effectively manage the cost of Lab ( lab technicians)
- Team of 4 Area Business Manager- s, 30 Sales Executives-, and 3 pathologists, 20 Lab Technicians and 5 Channel Sales Executives
- Handle approx 50 reportees
- Diagnostics / Pharma industry ( diagnostics being the first priority)
- Report to GM- Sales & Marketing (Corporate Office)
- Locations: Meerut (High Priority)
Create and implement effective sales strategies and lead nationwide sales staff for increase of market share and profitability on sustainable basis in line with Annual Business Plan (ABP).
- Develop long term pricing strategy to maximize variable margin through product/ territory/ pack mix decisions.
- Establish coverage, Distribution and Display objectives in line with Business Plan and achieve turnover targets, profit targets and market share targets
- Help them in breaking the same Geographically, Monthly, Weekly & Daily
- Develop competencies and processes required to create an effective and efficient sales organization and work out a training Calendar for all players in the Sales Organization and implement the same.
- Provide sales management, budget control, compensation programs and incentive planning.
- Co-ordinate with Marketing Department and execute all the marketing and brand activities as per the agreed calendar.
- Establish Travel and Market Contacts Plan for Self, Direct reportees and entire Sales Team
- Have Periodic Revision on the Progress of Business, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly. Regularly up-date your immediate supervisor and the marketing team on sales trends, market developments and comp
