Your Role:

As business head, you will be at the forefront of driving overall strategy, growth and profitability of products in our wearable category. Your responsibilities will encompass:

- Develop and articulate a compelling vision for the future of wearable technology, identifying market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to inform strategic decision-making and prioritize opportunities for growth

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize market share in the wearable segment

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels to expand market reach

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to build brand awareness, drive product adoption, and differentiate our offerings

- Work closely with product development team to define product roadmap, prioritize feature enhancements, and drive innovation

- Oversee financial performance of your vertical, including budget planning, forecasting, and end to end P&L ownership

- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning

- Infuse your passion for fitness and well-being into the development process, ensuring that our wearable products meet the needs and expectations of fitness enthusiasts like yourself

Qualifications:

- Bachelors indegree in Engineering & Technology; Post graduate degree in the field of management

- 12+ years of experience with a proven track record of business leadership in technology or consumer electronics industry

- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights and customer needs into actionable product strategies

- Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving collaboration across disciplines

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
