The Candidate should have held P&L responsibility on the D2C operation covering the Operations/ category management - He should have handled the responsibility of setting up of new Ecom business from the planning to execution stage and managing the Retail business for a fresh food category - He should have handled the new city launch and also the customer acquisition process - Responsible for developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, agreed targets and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organization's presence - Opex management in alignment with the business process for both Home Delivery & Retail stores sub-vertical - Conduct promotional events/marketing activities to develop new contacts and increase the user base - Should be accountable for the Revenue and profitability of the sub-vertical (Retail & HD SBUs) - Should have handled the operation of Home Delivery through Hub & Spoke model to optimize the cost of delivery & Retail stores operation interms of inventory management / Opex/Capex - Needs to work as a team since he will be handling large delivery boys & team - Should be IT savvy to handle the APP based customer management - Should have an excellent working knowledge on Excel and PowerPoint - Should have handled CRM - Exposure to supply chain management to optimize the logistics costs - Ensuring a flawless Last-mile delivery - Inventory management to plan for stocks planning and DOH at Hub & Spoke & Retail business - To ensure on time delivery to customers & best service level to the customers - Should be able to carry out Innovative marketing & promotional activities for new customer acquisition - Exposure to HoReCa & B2B business model to expand business horizon - The incumbent should, by all means, be a go-getter, somebody who has the knack to set up businesses from scratch, is entrepreneurial in nature and mindset. - Preference will be given to candidates who have hands on experience in setting up a similar structure across the e-commerce industry and having lead the business model to profitable entities.
