An international company offering Customer Loyalty Programs is looking to hire a Business Head to lead the office in New Delhi. The key success criteria are to demonstrate your shared vision and goals and create high-performance results for the business.
Description

The main responsibilities include developing business with clients on the Indian market, revenue growth and proper Cost Management, and leading HR, Marketing and PR areas. If you thrive in a results-oriented, competitive environment, you will be able to leave a lasting impact and become very successful in the position.
In this challenging and high-visibility position, you will need to understand the business to the root. You will develop long-term strategies and shorter term plans to meet aggressive revenue goals, which are defined in corporation with Regional Director, who you will report to in this position. You will act as the brand ambassador for the company, and create external partnerships.
You will plan and direct activities, such as forecasting, marketing program development, customer base growth, relationship development, customer satisfaction, and collateral material development and distribution. Establishing short- and long-term goals and quotas in line with corporate objectives will be another key area. Overall, you will be assuming responsibility for results, including costs, methods, and staffing
Profile
We are looking for a person coming with over 10 years of experience and should have shown an ability to manage professional level employees, strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Solid presentation and negotiation skills and the ability to build strong relationships will be important attributes as well. An ideal candidate would be someone who understands the loyalty space and market well and will be able to leverage his/her network to grow the business in the country.
