Currently hiring for Business Head - Lending - Credit Cards business - this Opportunity is with a Leading Fintech Company :

Role : Business Head - Lending - Credit Card Business

Location : Delhi

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Building the lending business from ground up for Credit Cards Division.

- Responsible for P& L with all responsibilities of sales, credit, risk and product.

- Launch scalable products using alternative data and scorecard underwriting

- Leading the overall business strategy for Lending along with P&L

- Acquire new customers.

- Assessing and analyzing new market opportunities that could further enhance the new acquisition and retain the existing portfolio

- Drive the department team to ensure that customers- needs are met

- Build long lasting relationships with the group members

- Create a culture of high performance among staff within the department

- Ensure that department's procedures are followed to mitigate risks.

- Drive the actualization of financial and non-financial targets

- Preparing Business plan

- Expanding in new geographies
