Role : Business Head Reports to : Director Job Description : Someone who has a strong understanding of client servicing for digital content and who can manage sales as well as creative teams. Someone who can build strong client relationships for the company for content partnerships and also motivate and structure internal teams to deliver excellent content. Someone with an aptitude for cost and P&L management. - To understand changing client requirements in the digital space for video, stories etc, social media and other content - To build creative capabilities in house and to structure teams to be able to deliver different types of content - To manage sales teams and to manage creative teams and the flow of deliverables - To build capabilities on new types of content - video and influencer based content - To allocate and manage costs and the P&L of the various divisions of the company - To build review and analytics around our own platform content to enable creative teams to determine success of our own digital content - To build analytics for branded content - To determine success and areas of improvement
