Business Head - Co Working Vertical

It is a leadership mandate with a National level responsibility. Business head would work closely with the senior leadership team to support PAN-India expansion of the company in the co working space.

Product Design :

- Assist in developing the genesis of the product through market feedback and data collection from various external sources - like architects, interior designers and technical engineers

- Collaborate with various external product providers to understand various design specifications and offerings in the market.

- Ensure development of creative design concepts that illustrate options of how organizations can be supported through performance-enhancing workplace designs.

- Coordinate with the project team for layout, design and overlooking the on-site progress to ensure milestones are met

Leasing & Partnerships :

- Create the annual revenue plan for the business in line with sales objectives, occupancy levels and pricing.

- Develop go-to-market strategies including key propositions and constructs for different target customers - corporates, individuals, etc..

- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts and articulate company's value proposition to C-Level executives. Identify decision makers / champions in target companies to create leads.

- Identify & build relations with IPCs, channel partners and large corporates to build company's brand in the coworking space

- Partnering with internal brand and digital marketing teams to plan, develop, execute and analyze marketing campaigns across online and offline channels to ensure visibility

- Connect with local organizations and attend networking events to promote company's community and identify potential members

- Ensure achievement of annual business plan and sales targets.

- Play a key role in deal finalization by leading negotiations, supporting legal documentation, etc. to ensure closing of the deals.

- Coordinate and execute LOI, lease and other documentation

Community Management & Events :

- Manage all building operations to ensure highest level of member satisfaction

- Develop community initiatives designed to create connections between members, including member introductions, overseeing events, electronic and print communications, and building walkthroughs

- Solve member-related issues to ensure a cohesive community and manage member expectations

- Oversee events from time to time to ensure there is a good balance of educational, member appreciation, and lead generating and sales-related events

- Seamless onboarding of customers by ensuring product is delivered as per deal requirements on move-in day.

- Conduct regular account health meetings with key stakeholders in client companies.

- Proactively gather data on members' business objectives and identify both company and member services that could help members achieve their objectives

- Work towards a CRM solution which can measure and analyze the behavior of members, find new options for revenue, and create new avenues for connecting the community. - Events Planning and Execution to engage current members, future members (lead generation and sales-related events), local community.

Operations & Hospitality :

- Enforce a level of uncompromising hospitality & upkeep, to ensure day to day operations are executed to the highest standard

- Ensure various customer complaints and maintenance projects are being resolved in a timely manner to ensure the highest level of member experience

- Conduct quality control walkthroughs to address immediate issues, pre-empt potential future issues and identify areas for improvement when required

- Manage food and beverage offerings to ensure the quality and presentation are aligned with company's brand
