- Identify Potential Clients for getting business opportunities in consulting and training for BHRS
- Identify opportunities for Recruitment business and add clients on the recruitment side
- Acquire business on OD / Consulting from potential clients and manage service delivery
- Understand the needs of the clients on their strategic people development policies and suggest solutions
- Prepare revenue projections and maintain and analyse sales data
- Preparing professional presentations for new clients, selling all the features of why they should prefer BHRS- Service
- Preparing and submitting formal business tenders and proposals
- Client mining in addition to existing business enhancement (new clients)
- Set up client meetings add new markets
- Update the management with new market needs
- Create & designing course catalogues, session plans & modules for programs with the training and marketing teams
- Meet Targets and ensure service delivery is upto the mark
- Follow complete sales process and improvise on the processes
- Focus on performance and ability to build a performing team
