The Role :
1. Overall leadership for the Consumer Products Business.
2. Create and implement the business plan in line with the company goals. Drive Revenue, Profitability and Market share and Brand building through appropriate sales, distribution and marketing strategies.
3. Drive new product and new market development through a structured roadmap based on market research
4. People and process leadership with responsibility to build a great leadership pipeline and sustain highest level of engagement and productivity
5. Industry thought leadership / Networking / representative of the company at various forums.
The Ideal person :
1. PG in Marketing / Sales Mgmt with about 20+ year of experience in consumer products business in India with atleast 5 years currently in a P&L role with business unit leadership across India.
2. Good track record of building, nurturing and managing brands in terms of volume, value, profitability etc
3. Good orientation of numbers with experience creating and implementing business plan through effective resource management.
