Business Head-Kenya-for Consumer Goods Client

We have 2 openings one for Consumer Good Client & One for Plastic Manufacturing Client.

Location- Nairobi, Kenya;

JOB TITLE : Business Head/CEO

LOCATION : Nairobi Kenya

REPORTS TO : Directors/Founders

JOB PURPOSE:

The incumbent will hold overall P&L responsibility (top and bottom line) Company's Business of Kenya & Exports. The job responsibilities will include:

- Oversee Sales and distribution, Marketing, Supply chain, Manufacturing facility , Finance and commercial functions. Build an engaged and inspired team internally and initiatives to improve Company's brand

- Build enabling systems, controls and processes across sales, manufacturing & commercial functions

- Set up the sales team to achieve, sales volume targets and gross margin objectives. Train and motivate the team to deliver results

- Accountable for building sustainable profitable business through relevant Topline and bottomline initiatives in line with business long range plans.

- Sharp focus on building efficient back end Operations for Future Growth Plans.

- Develop and communicate key priorities for the sales team (Channel, Customer, business development, Distribution, penetration, visibility etc.)

- Drive the NPD process and ensure pipeline initiatives to deliver future growth

- Accountable for the capability development of sales & marketing team

EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES:

- MBA from premier B School with Experience of 10+ years

- Exposure to Marketing strategies and brand management

- Superior people manager should be able to motivate and be a strong leader with his organizational skills

- Must have Leadership competencies to be able to Driving accountability and empowerment of sales & marketing team

- Must Initiate, drive and energise with Business acumen and strategic focus

- Should have ability to operate in a multi-cultural environment, Impact and influence
