Our Clients are immediately looking for a Business Leader to Guide and Evolve a Fast Growing Consumer durable company with a Present Turnover in Excess of Rs.1500 Crores based at NCR.

Candidates Requirements :

You Must be a MBA from TOP 20 B-Schools and Must be a BE/B.Tech/M Tech . Non Engineering Candidates Profile will not be shortlisted.

Must have 14-20 Years Working Exp in FMCG/Consumer Durable holding a PAN INDIA position -NSM/GM/VP in Sales & Marketing. ..You must have &Knowledge and Exp in Manufacturing area. Business Head will oversea the Manufacturing also.

This Position will report to Group CEO and Board and the dotted line reporting to Board.

Package is not a Problem for Our Client.

Role Needed :

- Role will be responsible to oversee PAN INDIA Sales & Marketing Operation through Channel Sales Distribution. Also this Profile will be responsible to Monitor and guide Manufacturing Operations spread across locations for Increased output,Technology,New Product Development, How ever Manufacturing would be assisted by Quality Professionals reporting to this Position.

Last but not the Least, This role will report to Group CEO and Board and the dotted line reporting to Board.

This would be a PROFIT CENTER HEAD responsibility. Package is not a Problem for Our Client.

- You should be an effective communicator with strong leadership and analytical skills, Rich experience of new product development & innovations and successful track record of entering new markets and establishing new brand / categories.

- Hands-on understanding of markets and consumers blended with scientific approach and commercial acumen. Should have Successful track record as Sales Head (Sales and Marketing),Manufacturing area as well as a Business Head.

- You'll need to understand your markets and supply chains, but also the internals working of your department - from top to bottom and inside out. The responsibility for profit and loss and providing direction to your department requires strong business acumen but also excellent communications and people skills.

- Develop and implement a clear Long Term Sales Strategy to achieve Volumes and Profits

- Assist in the formulation of strategic plans for the Consumer durable business Pan India.

- Lead Sales, Marketing, and assist Quality people in Manufacturing area.

- Formulate and implement strategies in sales, marketing, customer acquisition & retention to deliver short term goals and long-term sustainable growth.

- Manage the sales and distribution channel. Work with Logistics team to appoint distributors as per plan.

- Look for and create opportunity to develop organizational capability, strengthen sales process and increase profitability

- Focus on costs and efficiency to contribute to a healthy bottom-line

- Lead Sales, Marketing, and technical training efforts for the business.

- Create, maintain and bring in continuous process improvement to enhance effectiveness, speed and customer focus

- Developing talent to fulfill organizational talent requirement for future. Coach and mentor direct reports
