We have been retained by our client a large Group with strong all presence in Consumer appliances. Position reports to CEO and would be based in their Corporate Office in Gurgaon.
Job Profile
- Create and implement the business plan in line with the company goals. Drive Revenue, Profitability and Market share and Brand building through appropriate sales, distribution and marketing strategies.
- To establish coverage, Distribution and Display objectives in line with Business Plan and achieve turnover targets, profit targets and market share targets
- Drive new product and new market development through a structured roadmap based on market research
- Build and expand robust distribution infrastructure
- Implementation of Sales strategies to achieve revenue generation, increase of market share and overall business growth PAN India.
- Responsible for P & L accountability for the business.
- Drive flawless execution of sales plans, schemes, merchandising & trade marketing programs and activities through sales teams
- Drive continuous improvement in operations for optimum utilization of resources: productivity, penetration - depth & width, channel strength, site utilization
- Create the Strong brand proposition through branding activities and a customer experience through expansion of the national network. Act as a strong interface between all the stakeholders.
- Identifying & grounding new business Opportunities
Qualification/Years of Experience :
- MBA with 18 to 20 year of experience, preferably from Premier Institute/college.
- Experience in Consumer Durable industry is a must.
