- Institutional sales, 5 Years of exp in Head National Sales (Non-Trade Sales, Institutional Sales and Project Sales), user are often high-end construction firms with large building projects like institutes participating in any project i.e. TATA, NGO, or government are all entitled to purchase non-trade cement. - Responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining Non-Trade and Key Account customers, achieving product-specific targets, and strategically growing market share and profitability in alignment with the company's future growth plan.
- Handling Non-Trade and Key Accounts - To sell more volume of AAA Cement & other Value Added Products.
- Maintaining relationship with non-trade parties
- Identifying key personnel, develop rapport and regular interaction with key personnel.
- Preparation of details of Up Coming Projects of Key Accounts.
- Growth and Profitability in sales in Non-Trade and in Project Segment over year on year to ensure achievements of targets (Both Volume & Value).
- Bring growth and total profitability for non-trade sales and key accounts.
- Manage and grow non-trade sales to handle approximately 30% of the organization's total sales volume.
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve volume targets.
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize non-trade profitability for the entire organization.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization.
- Prospecting of projects and persuade on usage of our products.
- Finalize annual rate contracts with key account customers, individually for each project.
- Prospecting for conversion of customers by convincing decision-making authorities and ensure growth in sales over year on year.
- Arranging technical presentation, product demo and sampling along with Technical Services Personnel.
- Constant follow up on various projects
