Business Head - Cold Warehouse

- Managing entire cold warehouse management material management, inventory management, logistics management , supply chain management

- Supervising daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service

- Managing warehouse team to meet the demands of the fulfillment center, along with flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime

- Regular Inspecting equipment, tools, and machinery on regular basis and general maintenance as per requirement

- Providing support to business development initiatives across transactional practices, industry groups, geographic markets and client teams along with marketing team.

- Developing warehouse operations systems as per product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management, gate processes, and shipping.

- Providing training and to warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals managing daily operations, along with review and prepare workflow, space management, equipment layout, and action plans while ensuring productivity, quality and customer service standards are met.

- Focusing on safety and healthy work environment by enforcing sops and complying with legal regulations
