Business Head - CLSS (Critical Life Saving Support) , Healthcare

We are looking for Business Head - CLSS ( Critical Life Saving Support) position with a reputed Corporate in Health care Sector.

Role:

- Implement a profitable approach to run the ICU&OR vertical

- Independently drive the Business Unit with focus on Cash Flow and Profits

- Design, Develop and Implement Sales and Marketing Plan to position the Organisation in value and premium segments of Ventilation/ Monitoring/ ECG/ PT and OR segments

- Build a robust Product profile and Positioning strategy to become one of the Top players in the Indian Market segment

- Undertake new product development initiative

- Establish All India visibility and presence through an innovative Marketing Campaign

Desired Candidate skill sets :

- The candidate must have

a) A minimum of 10 years experience in the ICU/ OR instrumentation Selling and Marketing especially in Ventilators/ Monitoring and OR range

b) Key network and contacts amongst Top Hospital Decision Makers/ Intensivists/ anesthetist and Purchase Heads of Top hospitals

c) Adequate experience in Key Accounts and Govt Tender handling
