Role: Business Head, with the support and guidance of the JV partners, will be responsible for leading the company in establishing special vehicles brand amongst consumers and dealers. The priorities include market understanding, dealer support and development, meeting business goals, working with JV partners to ensure timely project management for launch of vehicles and attainment of financial goals.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Education:
Completion of master's degree at an accredited college or university, engineering background and MBA preferred.
Experience:
Total 12-20 years of total experience, with 5+ years of experience in leadership position handling a team of at least 10 people
Start-up experience or doing greenfield/ start up projects under companies
Experience in passenger cars segment will be a plus, but not a mandatory requirement
Skillset - Traits :
Passionate about passenger cars
Entrepreneurial approach with sales and marketing / commercial orientation
Strong project management skills to run multiple projects simultaneously. Easily balances competing priorities, complex situations, and tight deadlines.
Strong external orientation towards leading front line to bring business to the organisation
Ability to work in a dynamic, challenging and customer centric environment.
Proven leadership and team building skills. Ability to build consensus around common goals and to motivate groups and individuals.
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills.
Willingness to relocate to Coimbatore, India with regular travel to Pune/Mumbai.
