Job description :
- As the Business Head you have to be a visionary with good business management skills and acumen to advance company's mission and objectives
- The business is highly network driven and would require you to be able to optimize on your current network and develop a new string of network as well
- You will be responsible for planning, developing and implementing strategies towards business/revenue generation
- Initially you will be expected to get your hands dirty and individually contribute towards the revenue flow. Upon having successfully generated some business you will build a strong team and drive it
- You will be responsible for identifying and executing marketing and promotional opportunities
- You will be the face of the company for all media interactions
- You will represent the company in front of VCs and build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders
We are looking for somebody :
- Who an entrepreneurial bent of mind and willing to take a leap and drive a highly networking driven business which is bound to change the shape of how business is done across industries. We are looking for somebody who is
- An MBA from a good school with 10+years experience
- With exceptional network and industry contacts
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills
- Deft in dealing with top leaders from across the industry
- Experience in strategic planning and execution. Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and closing deal
- Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, finance etc.
- Need to have basic technology understanding required for better business operations and growth
- Strong negotiation and skills to convince business partners to come on board
- Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel
- Can adapt to a start-up culture and build a conducive/healthy work culture for others to work in
