Job Description:

As the Business Head, you will play a pivotal role in steering the company towards unprecedented growth and success. Your strategic vision and leadership will be crucial in executing our ambitious plans for market penetration and brand expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives.

- Provide visionary leadership to cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

2. Market Expansion:

- Identify new business opportunities and markets for the Indo-Italian shaving products, both domestically and internationally.

- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, distributors, and retail partners.

3. Operations Management:

- Oversee manufacturing operations, ensuring seamless production processes both in India and overseas.

- Drive efficiency improvements, cost optimization, and quality control initiatives.

4.Brand Development:

- Build and enhance the brand image, ensuring a strong and consistent presence in the market.

- Implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty.

5.Sales and Revenue Growth:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to optimize product offerings and pricing.

6.Financial Management:

- Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and performance metrics.

- Implement measures to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability.

Qualifications and Skills:

- MBA

- Proven experience in a leadership role within the FMCG/consumer products industry.

- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality control.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and meet financial targets.

- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
