Business Head/CEO
Corporate sales professional in the project sales:
- Develop and execute the vision and strategy of the Company. Secure alignment of the senior management of the organization with the vision and strategy.
- Formulate specific business plans, including investments and P&L. Develops a strategic plan to realize the vision.
- Plan a short/mid/long-term view of organizational success.
- Plan & strategize to help the company penetrate multiple channels and multiple markets. Initiate a Sales driven approach to increase market size and volumes for the Company(s)
- Create the organizational capabilities for delivering in accordance with the vision and strategy and as per business plans; ensure suitable checks and balances to ensure proper governance and effective reporting to the Board.
- Should have connects at the CXO level, especially with the community of
Builders, Architects, Interior Designers etc., The incumbent is expected to play the role of an "Influencer" and therefore must be articulate, suave and a deal maker.
- Ensure sustainable growth with clear focus on effective utilization of resources; ensure proper risk management, including management of business risk.
- Develop strong market awareness to generate ideas for future activities; maintain up to date information of the marketplace, competitors, and trends.
- Formulate forward-looking policies and improving processes for effective delivery.
- Define performance metrics across all functions.
- Inspires trust and supports others through own authenticity and following up on commitments.
- Maintains high ethical standards both personally and professionally.
- B.E + MBA (preferably from a Tier 1 institute) with 20+ years of experience in the Electronics / Building Materials Industry
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as the Head of a Business Unit/ National Sales Head/Executive Management in a pan India role with P&L responsibility
