Roles & Responsibilities:

He/she would be responsible to set up OTC Business and focused on developing & distributing market driven & customer focused products, both existing & new, that propels the company to achieve its financial goals over the next 3-5 years.

1. Conceptualize, plan, develop and execute a pan India acquisition strategy for B2C clients for the OTC business.

2. Build, manage and develop a strong regional sales team, along with an effective field sales team to execute the strategy

3. Be responsible, accountable and take ownership of the business P&L including Revenue & Expense strategies.

4. Explore market trends and customer preferences to share feedback with Management, R&D and Production teams for Product customization

5. Sales and collections: Meet monthly & annual sales & collections as per the given targets.

6. Establish a strong Client Servicing & Management strategy to provide exceptional Customer service.

Key Job Responsibilities:

- Lead Business Development & marketing of organization's Pharma OTC Business.

- Planning and executing weekly & monthly sales, collections.

- Establish an execute a robust plan to manage all OTC Customers, Super Distributors, Distributors, Suppliers & other key stakeholders.

- Coordinate and manage Account receivables.

- Identify new leads/prospects and convert them to business.

- Submission of quotations, Proforma Invoices & sales orders.

- Follow up with customer for orders/purchase orders/Payments.

- Planning for monthly / quarterly orders & dispatches by co-ordination with Production, Logistics & reporting manager for timely delivery.

- Evaluating the marketing strategy & keep updated on market intelligence.

- Inculcate a culture of professional discipline & healthy relationship with customers & staff at organization

- Monitor, optimize solutions to ensure average price and sales as per agreed target.

Qualification & Experience:

Should be Science Graduate with MBA in Business Management / Sales & Marketing with overall 20 to 30 years' experience of which at least 10 - 15 years in OTC business management. History of Pan India experience is preferred, experience of managing 2-3 zones is a must.

Other pre-requisites:

1. Must have an excellent network of Super Distributors and Distributors, who will readily partner because of the person's credibility

2. Ability to mobilize field sales team to scale business operations in quick time

3. Willing to travel 50 - 60% of the time

4. Strong people connect, focus on relationships, genuine leadership effort to grow people and develop future pipeline of managers and leaders
