- This position is a profit Centre Head role reporting to the board to oversee a turnover around 1000 crores plus by handling the entire gamut of business for both expansion of the existing range of products and exploring new categories for growth momentum.

- Being a Public listed company, the visibility of the brands and growth is crucial and thus the professional should have vision to expand stupendous growth of the organization to benefit the shareholders and thereby bring in loyalty among the stakeholders.

- Should have excellent commercial business acumen with high level of Leadership skills to bring in focused aggressive growth strategy and qualitatively enhance the professional out put of each employee at all levels to adhere to the plan and achieve a great pinnacle in business volumes and agreed revenue generation.

- Will be required to handle the TOP professionals team the Management team with utmost care and yet get the best results from them with proper empowerment.

- Play a role of a game changer.
