Job Responsibilities :-
Head Sales :
- Responsible for budget and business plan.
- Responsible for Top line and Bottom line of the company
- Responsible for developing distribution network and reach as per strategic roadmap
- Responsible for creating warehouse and distribution center
- Develop CFA points and service centers.
- Sales force management and training & development
- Train and make a sustainable opportunity for leaders and business for company.
- Develop sales forecast and product planning of the company
- Product pricing and brand positioning.
Head - Operation :
- Management of All India operations Warehousing & Logistics
- Implement IT projects
- Develop and Implement all policies and procedures for operations.
- Oversee all Imports
- Oversee all local manufacturing
- Manage entire customer service processes Registrations, Payments, Order booking, Dispatches, Deliveries and customer complaints management.
- Prepare yearly budget and manage functioning as per approved budgets
Pre-Incorporation :
- Market Research and focus groups to analyze potential of direct sales
- Developed business plan for new joint venture
- Product and Price Positioning
- Legal coordination with Indian and German counterparts
- Finalize organizational structure and selections and recruitment of candidates
- Managing complete operational requirements in terms of accounts, imports, HR and Administration
- Agreements with different recruitment agencies, advertising agencies, PR agencies.
