Business Head - BFSI Technology Services & Consulting Business

Roles & Responsibilities:.

- Business strategy, GTM, P&L, Sales & surrounding eco system for new customer Acquisition, YoY revenue growth in existing portfolio for the BFSI-IT Business at Visionet.

- As a trusted advisor, consult with and advise clients, and facilitate aligning client needs with Visionet's capabilities to ensure joint success.

- Build and maintain strong, long lasting customer relationships globally.

- Define long-term and short-term strategy for the company in the segment to increase business growth.

- Participate in industry conferences/seminars to improve company's brand presence and to build professional relationships.

- Understand the needs/trends of the market and provide insights to develop new products and solutions.

- Hire, Train, Evaluate and Promote the continuous development of next level leadership team.

- Focus on innovation, value addition, governance, and communication.

- Drive growth through technology for BFSI customers in areas such as AI/ML, Data, Cloud and other offerings including products at Visionet.

Requirements:.

- Oriented leader with extensive years of experience in managing large complex BFSI customer relationships.

- Nurture and leverage innovative operating, consulting & sales models with domain focus.

- Experienced BFSI P&L owner in B2B software services.

- SaaS experience is a plus.

- Relevant experience in working with Fintechs as well as Fortune 100 customers.

- To lead portfolio of strategic accounts, sales and offering teams to drive YoY growth.

- Have been a Player coach for global sales, delivery & domain teams, with track record of positive impact in their professional accomplishments.

- In areas such as core banking, retail, private, corporate, investment, payments and cards, Insurance (General, Commercial, P & C).
