Business Head
Lead and direct the Business Development, Sales and Delivery efforts .
Financial :
- Chart & achieve clear revenue, collection and margin targets for self and team
- Identify new business / potential prospects for ATM service solutions and provide revenue forecasts and achieve those for new and existing business
- Achieve agreed numbers w.r.to better repeat orders from existing accounts
- Agree on the numbers and deliver improved transaction volumes in ATM business
Strategic :
- Be responsible for portal development for improving transaction volumes
- Execute information mapping of ATMs in Google and other information channels
- Work on backward integration of ATM business and provide solutions to execute the same
- Be responsible for old outstanding (penalty, outstanding etc) and achieve those numbers within agreed timelines
- Be responsible for Aging analysis and propose measures and solutions which drive better revenues
- Sustain unique selling proposition and brand equity .
Customer satisfaction :
- Achieve agreed satisfaction indices for sub teams
- Grow accounts by ensuring better SLA management
- Anticipate customer evolution, i.e., to receive, discuss and anticipate new requirements from/with customers and propose - lowest effort- solutions or workarounds then feedback direct to engineering, project, product and program managers
- Maintain and build strong relationships with customers to increase customer satisfaction
Resource Management : Performance reviews, manpower planning, recruitment, training & development as per the required competencies, attrition management, performance management for the team, conflict resolution and counselling
Leadership : Provide direction and guidance to team members and suggest process improvements within the company and to the clients
