As a Business Head, individual will be responsible for the following -

Derive growth in market share and owning the growth strategy

Own Sales & Business Development in B2C environment

Managing P&L

Provide leadership to the team and build a vibrant work place

Ensure the best Customer Service levels

Managing relationships with stakeholders, investors and external vendors

Build a strong team and stabilize

Job Specification

MBA from Tier 1 business school with 11+ years of post MBA experience in Sales, Business Development and Strategy. Someone owning P&L and managing Operations & Strategy to drive business growth in his current role.
