As the Business Head for SutraLite you’ll be handling the following core competencies:

- P&L Responsibility Sales Process Management

- Lead Management Client Relationship Management

- Process Mapping and Implementation Recruitment Campaign Management

- Employee Management

Over and above the following core competencies you will be involved in strategic planning and Market Intelligence on other Business Units under the Sutra Services Umbrella.

P&L Responsibility:

- Handle complete P&L for SutraLite with focus on incremental growth.

- Also handle and manage the cash flow for the Business Unit.

Sales Management

- Developing sales distribution strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets for the short term and long term.

- Analyze sales techniques and process from time to time and improve the overall “Reach”, “Efficiency”, and “Client Acquisition Time” of the sales team.

- Oversee and implement changes in the sales process like building an Affiliate Network, an “on the ground” sales team etc.

Lead Management

- Choose, understand and implement an effective CRM system to track leads and conversions and other key data points across the team. Ensure that all leads are allotted in a seamless and efficient manner.

- Work closely with the Marketing Team on various lead gen initiatives like Emails Marketing, Content Marketing. Also identify New Lead Generation channels and test their scale viability.

- Define and report on the lead to close process, and conduct rigorous measurement of sales and marketing programs at both a macro and micro level. Analyze campaign outcomes in detail, draw insights and make data-based adjustments.

- Produce weekly reports and monthly dashboards and analysis to demonstrate campaign progress on revenue, pipeline, awareness and market perception through reports on leads, conversion, ROI, opportunities and revenue potential

Client Relationship Management

- Demonstrate a high level of service delivery to ensure customer satisfaction by taking initiatives in customer satisfaction via process improvement plans and efficient reporting and flow of information.

- Develop and implement a client retention program to track & increase Repeat sales.

- Demonstrate the ability to identify customer’s needs and to deliver, decline, or adjust expectations.

- Leverage customer relationships through finding referrals for new business; maintain consistent usage of the Client Referral program

- Act as the final escalation point & handle and solve all client complaints in a favourable manner.

Employee Management

- Train, coach and mentor current as well as all new employees in the Business Unit along with Process trainers and foster an environment of transparency, high integrity, hardwork and cultural assimilation.

- Design compensation structure, appraisal policies, and incentive structures across the business unit with a special focus on creating a win – win scenarios.

- Address all issues or queries pertaining to performance, growth, employee grievances through avenues such as one on one meetings, regular performance feedback, suggestion programs etc.

Process Management & Quality Control

- Manages a process of organizational planning that evaluates company structure, job design, and personnel forecasting throughout the business unit.
Evaluates plans and changes to plans. Makes recommendations to the management.

- Uses appropriate tools to perform problem determination and root cause analysis; illustrates bottlenecks, redundancies, vulnerabilities and opportunities for enhanced efficiency or effectiveness.

- Ensure all process are followed and adhered to across the business unit and have regular checks on the same.

- Liaise with the Operations Team and ensure a seamless recruitment experience for clients.

- Develop and implement tools for efficient reporting and functioning of the team.

Recruitment Campaign Management

- The head of recruitment delivery will be reporting directly into this position and will be working very closely with you to ensure all recruitment campaigns meet the agreed SLA’s.

- You will be required to manage the recruitment campaign closure rate and ensure the value add of the service is realized by the clients.

- You will be the decision maker on the hiring / firing / head count of the Recruitment Team.

Desired Skills & Experience:

- 4+ years of sales management experience with a proven track record of annual sales revenue of above 3 Cr. Preferably in a B2B setup.

- Proven track record of successfully identifying new commercial/sales opportunities and capitalising on these.

- Strong leadership abilities combined with effective communication skills.

- Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions.

- Translate business strategy to the team in a clear and easy to understand way and links it to specific objectives.

- Strong analytical skills: understand and utilizes metrics relevant to role

- Must be collaborative, and able to establish high performing cross-functioning teams across organizational and reporting boundaries
